Between our wedding, the holidays, and life in general I'm just now getting around to posting the guest room/man cave makeover..that I did in September! Better late than never I guess!

Both of the bedrooms in our house have been a messy storage pit ever since we moved in. I finally had enough and started brainstorming ways to organize my office and Nate's man cave/our guest room into usable and livable spaces. I handed Nate a handful of colors and he decided on Sherwin Williams Sea Salt, a gray with a green hue.

I then began the tedious and acrobatic task of painting the room will all the furniture in it. I definitely don't recommend this, but we weren't going to take apart the bed or move out the furniture since Nate still needed to be able to use the room during the week. Plus we honestly just don't have the space to move the furniture anywhere else. I powered through and painted the walls, trim, and doors in about 4 days time.

The color really livened up the space, especially with the brigth white paint on the trim and doors. My next post will cover the actual cleaning and organizing of the room which made this space an actual usable room.
